  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    You may pay the invoice via PayPal or cash.
  • What is your Payment Policy?
    We ask for a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your total at the time of placing your order. Please keep in mind, your order is not confirmed until your deposit is made. You may make additional payments towards your order with the balance due in full prior to production.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Retainers are non-refundable. If you pay a retainer and production has not begun, you may be eligible to use your retainer fee toward a future order.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    Turnaround time is contingent upon the quantity and complexity of your order. Generally, place your order 3-4 weeks in advance as spots fill quickly. Please keep in mind that space is limited during the holidays.
  • What is the turnaround time for decorated sugar cookies?
    Due to the complex nature of decorated cookies, it is best to place your order as far in advance as possible. A 3-4 week advance notice is preferred to ensure the best quality.
  • Do you cater to those with allergies?
    Yes, please disclose allergy information at the time of placing the order. Though we cannot guarantee cross-contamination, we will take precaution when dealing with allergy sensitive goods.
  • May I order items not listed on the menu?
    Of course! We love a challenge and welcome all inquiries.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, depending on the time and location, delivery may be available. Please contact us with your specific location and we will provide the delivery fee.
  • What if I need to change my delivery date?
    We understand that things happen so feel free to contact us if your needs change; however, we cannot guarantee any accommodations. Please keep in mind that if you are unable to retrieve your baked items on the day specified, we cannot guarantee the freshness and are not responsible for the quality.
  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    Your change may be considered depending on the nature of the change, however if the order is in production, your request may not accommodated. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible to determine accommodations.
